Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes we bring everything needed including eco friendly products vacuums mops and microfiber cloths. You do not need to provide anything.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes Luar Pro Cleaning is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind. Every clean is protected.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients give us a door code or hide a key. If you prefer to be home that is fine too.
What if something gets damaged during the cleaning?
Accidents are rare but we are insured. Just let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Pricing & Payments
How do you calculate the price for a cleaning?
We base pricing on property size number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the type of cleaning needed.
Do you require a deposit or long term contract?
No deposit and no contract. You only pay for the cleaning you receive.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash credit card Venmo and Zelle. Payment is due after the cleaning is complete.
Do you offer discounts for recurring cleaning?
Yes we offer weekly biweekly and monthly discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.
Services & Scheduling
How long does a typical house cleaning take?
Most homes take 2 to 4 hours depending on size and condition. We will give you a time estimate before booking.
Can I book a same day cleaning?
Same day cleaning depends on availability. Call or text us and we will do our best to fit you in.
Do you clean on weekends or holidays?
Yes we offer weekend cleaning at no extra charge. Holiday availability may be limited so book early.
What is included in a deep clean?
Deep cleaning includes everything from a standard clean plus inside appliances baseboards blinds light fixtures and more.
Products & Policies
Do you use harsh chemicals?
No we use eco friendly non toxic products that are safe for kids pets and anyone with allergies.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
We offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. Let us know within 24 hours and we will re clean any missed area for free.
Do you clean if I have pets at home?
Yes we love pets. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. No extra charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations may be subject to a small fee.
